Swim Team Pre-Season

Attention all returning and interested Swim Team members!! There will be pre-season swim practices beginning after Thanksgiving Break on NOVEMBER 28th 2-4:30pm.  Practices will be held Tuesdays AND Thursdays. Before attending practice, make sure to turn in your completed physical packet to Mr. Romo in the Athletics Office: H4-127 See Coach Lutz on the pool

Manny Ridge breaks loose for a phenomenal season!

Manny Ridge has finished the football season as the 36th rusher in the nation. Rushing for 2,197 yards, the 16th rusher in the nation in yards per game with 244.10, and the number one rusher in the nation in attempts with 368. That is just some of his nation stats. Swim Team Involved On Campus

During Thursday’s lunch time Red Ribbon Week activity, Club Safe Space (formerly called Teen Suicide Awareness and Prevention Club) and Swim Team members Pledged To Be Drug Free!  It took Club Safe Space and Swimmers 2.5 weeks to write over 2,000 student names to be displayed during the lunch time activity.  Their hard work paid

Desert Mirage’s Workhorse Manny Ridge is off to the Races!

Manny Ridge enters week eight as 108th rusher in the nation, 8th in the state of California, 6th in the Southern Section, 2nd in Division 13, and is currently the De Anza League leading rusher. Thus far, Manny Ridge has racked up 1,414 yards on 221 carries and he is averaging 235.7 yards per carry.

Desert Mirage Boys Varsity Cross Country finishes 2nd place at De Anza League Meet II

The DM Varsity Boys finished in second place. Yucca Valley High School finished in 1st place. The Varsity DM Cross Country held its second place ahead of Coachella Valley, Rancho Mirage, 29 Palms and Desert Hot Springs.
